    We have a maintenance contract with Rudy Cools. They have been wonderful to work with. When the weather turned really cold and our auxiliary heat came on, I was worried. We talked through it on the phone to do a bit of doagnosis. Ultimately, we decided to have a technician come out to ensure everything was OK. Curtis was wonderful. He checked everything out and reassured me that our system is functioning as designed. It’s great to have the peace of mind and ability to get help quickly when needed!

    Called Rudy Cools on a Thursday morning and had working AC by Friday evening. Brad repaired and cleaned our AC unit on one of the hottest afternoons this summer. Nice dude, told me what he was doing, what the issues were, how to prevent them, etc.

    Price reasonable, especially given the turnaround in a busy part of the year. When it's time to service or replace our unit, I know where I'll call.

    This service call was the first time in my adult life I’ve had a 100% positive experience dealing with HVAC issues! Ray was efficient and reassuring. Very fair pricing!, and He also explained everything he was doing to keep me informed as to what I was paying for. He was so polite, and obviously knew what he was doing. I felt very confident I could trust the work he did and any suggestions he gave me on upgrading my thermostat and such. I will be signing up for yearly Maintenence and I will definitely recommend this company to all my clients!

    Rudy Cools is the bomb! They are attentive, knowledgeable and very professional, but relaxed. We feel like they are a part of our family. Brian and the staff couldn't have been more friendly. We have had several companies look at our situation and come back with prices and recommendations that we questioned. Rudy Cools quoted us a better system and some add-ons for a little more cost, but when comparing apples to apples we still got a better price looking at the overall system. We trust them and highly recommend them.

    Rudy Cools did an amazing job replacing our AC. They came Thursday to check it out and replaced it by Monday (we went out of town). When we got back from out of town we truly thought the condensation pump was broken and didn’t need a full replacement but the team walked my husband through each item that needed to be fixed and could go at any time. We truly took their word and very happy we did!

    I was without air for 4 days. I called one company out and was told the motor had gone bad. Also, there was some type of thick, heavy dust formation building up around and on the equipment. I was told it would probably be best to get a new system since mine was 13 yrs old. The price I was quoted was off the chain. My daughter and her husband recommended Rudy Cools. They came out, verified the motor had gone bad and saw the heavy dust formation buildup. The price I was quoted was unbelievable. I was able to get the new motor, get an LED light to keep down any new growth formations and have the old growth cleaned away. The tech, Brad G was so diligent at completing the job so I wouldn't have to spend another day or night in the heat. They have earned a new customer for life. I highly recommend Rudy Cools.

    I’ve been using Rudy Cools for almost twenty years so when it came time to upgrade my aging HVAC system it was a no brainer. They have always been responsive to my needs, efficient, and I didn’t get the heavy sales pitch to get the most expensive system out there that I got from a certain big name company (their quote was almost double). I appreciate the great customer service that Rudy Cools provides.

    "Very impressed at the quality of the work in such a short time."
    I ended up having to use Google Maps to search for a contractor since regular search companies gave me businesses that didn't serve my area, or were crazy expensive. I called early in the morning and Amber got back with me almost immediately to set something up. Charles came out that evening came up with a more than reasonable quote. I had purchased all of the piping to extend the gas lines on my deck, but wanted a pro to install. We setup something for early the next week. Josh texted me when on his way and arrived when he said. He finished quickly and took me around showing me everything he did. Very impressed at the quality of the work in such a short time. He, Amber, and Charles kept constant contact via text and email. Add to that how fast they were able to schedule me and just "doing what they say", I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

    Steve provided excellent maintenance service. He was extremely thorough and took the time to clearly explain everything he was doing, which we really appreciated. We had one concern, and he addressed it thoughtfully, offering a detailed explanation and being very transparent about pricing. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely request him again.

    We had to have a warranty repair completed due to a defective AC compressor (not Rudy Cool's fault). Anthony came out to do the diagnosis and kept me informed of the progress by phone as I was out of town. I was very happy with Anthony.

    Two days later, Ray came out to replace the new compressor. Ray was also great to work with and even dropped off a stuffed animal for the child of my neighbor who he had done work at recently and the neighbor was super grateful!

    Rudy Cool's is such a great company to work with. They will not rip you off (like many of the big names in the local TV ads). I won't be using anyone else going forward.

    "We’ve never been disappointed."
    We’ve used Rudy Cools for All of our heating and cooling needs for many years. We’ve never been disappointed. The latest service call was another example of why we Are loyal customers. We placed a service call but seemingly fix the problem before the technician arrived. Thinking it was a good idea to have him check everything we had him do so and he couldn’t find anything wrong because everything was working. Next day, we experienced the same problem, but we didn’t try to fix it on our own when the technician arrived. He was able to identify the problem and correct it. He didn’t charge us for the second visit and we really appreciated it. The pricing is fair. The work is great. What more can you ask for?
